PRE-FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER CREWS

Venue Crew

Help get Fishers’ festival-ready by prepping new campsites, clearing trails and doing all the little things that go into getting our venue prepped to welcome over 3000+ music lovin’ campers.

Signage Crew

The woods run deep at Fishers’ Paradise and this crew makes sure that our campers and explorers are able to find their way through the trees. These artisan crafters design, paint and put up signage throughout the venue ensuring safety and easily navigable paths.

Office Crew

From postering to general office work, office crew members take care of things that need to be done in Sudbury before the festival!

Set Up Crew

Come to Fishers’ early and help us set up before the festival starts! Set up tents, stack wood, and help with anything that is needed to get the venue all set up for this year’s festival.

FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER CREWS

Ecowarrior Crew

These lovers of Mama Earth are responsible for managing our garbage/recycling/ composting sites throughout the festival. Guiding folks through these areas and assisting them in sorting their waste is key to maintaining sustainability at the festival.

Gate Crew

Friendly faces that welcome folks to the venue, help them sign in, and guide them to the load-in area where they are further directed.

Merch Crew

Located near the main stage, our merch booth is at the heart of the festival experience. Greeting festival goers with a smile, they assist folks in finding their favourite festival swag!

Artist Hospitality Crew

From providing a welcoming and nourishing environment for artists to setting up places to crash, this friendly and quick-thinking team makes sure that artists stay hyped their whole stay at Fishers’.

Instrument Lock Up Crew

Oversee the coming and going of instruments and equipment. Cataloging items, labelling them properly, storing them safely, and ensuring their security throughout the festival.

Parking/Loading Crew

Loaders are our heavy lifters and communicators, easing the load in process, guiding arrivals to where they need to go and assisting them as necessary. Parking attendants are our Tetris masters, directing cars to parking spaces while monitoring the parking lot for safety.

Runner Crew

The superheroes of the festival – swooping in to help us solve problems as they pop up. Filling in when circumstances leave us short-handed and helping when unprecedented tasks arise.

Volunteer Hospitality

Culinary connoisseurs that keep our volunteers fed and fabulous! These wizards whip up and serve meals to our volunteers during meal times, ensuring that their stomachs are happy and ready to get to work!

POST-VOLUNTEER CREWS

Tear Down Crew

Do you want to stick around after the fest to help restore Fishers to its pristine beauty? This team is responsible for dismantling structures, packing up equipment and taking care of the overall clean up from the festival.
