1. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchased items. All sales are final.
2. No Returns: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products.
3. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact order@riverandsky.ca within 10 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a solution based on the specific situation.
