PACKS’ songs have a way of creeping up on you, and showing new depth with each listen. Be it a subtle harmony, a zig-zagging melodic turn, or Link’s lyrics, which wring a commandeering poetry out of every-day building-blocks as she navigates the growing pains that linger beyond adolescence.

A self-proclaimed introvert who’d rather dash off on her own than feel disconnected in the wrong crowd- she arrives in Montreal at the age of 16 to pursue a degree in composition. She invites you to be comfortable in the lucid, to be sensual without the sexual, in the possibility of communicating what you may not yet know.

Experimental rock trio Yoo Doo Right (Montréal, CA) wed noisy, melodic guitar parts, effect-heavy synthesizer soundscapes, deep bass grooves and patented percussive furies into a literal wall of sound. In their honest approach to experimentation, they engage with elements of krautrock, shoegaze, post-rock and psychedelia, crafting a unique sound that could be described as a “car crash in slow motion”.
Ben created GUV III & IV, a collection of songs dedicated and testifying to the eternal healing power of love – how to find it in the world, in others, and most importantly, in himself. In the Spring of 2020, Ben Cook – a.k.a. Young Governor, Young Guv or just Guv – and his bandmates were living moment to moment in something called an Earthship. By the New Year, almost in spite of himself, he had created an album, two new albums actually, and through the ordeal was forever changed.
That love is the beating heart of Dilly Dally. Monks and guitarist Liz Ball formed the band after bonding over a shared passion for explosive, grungy rock and roll in high school, and the two have been inseparable and unwavering in their vision ever since.

Picture this: two people meet in small-town northern Ontario on a Saturday night as summer is coming to end. A chance encounter that eventually will define the narrative of the rest of their lives. The end result is a sunny and often upbeat record that is highlighted by Sowka’s melodic harmonies & taking inspiration from the warm lush sound of late-60s early-70s singer-songwriters.

For the past 10 years, OX’s Mark Browning has shifted his creative energies from playing with his acclaimed alt-country band to starting a family and investing in his community. Somewhere amidst all of this, Browning found time to complete OX’s sixth album. Singing about the joys of his newfound communal experiences, while reflecting on the burnout he suffered as a nomadic touring musician, his voice has the wizened sound of an indie-rock road dog who’s seen it all.
